5. Content Retention and Auto Deletion
Guest uploads are automatically scheduled for deletion after 1 year by default, unless a shorter retention period is selected during upload.
Registered users may customise upload retention settings, including disabling automatic deletion where available.
Expired, inactive, abandoned, unclaimed, or policy-violating content may be permanently removed without notice.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. site.pictures is not intended to function as a guaranteed permanent backup, archival, or disaster recovery service.
6. NSFW and Sensitive Content
Content containing nudity, graphic material, or content not suitable for workplace or public viewing should be appropriately marked as NSFW where tagging options are available.
We reserve the right to reclassify, restrict, age-gate, or remove sensitive content where necessary.
7. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints.
If you believe content hosted on site.pictures infringes your rights, please contact us through our contact page.
Copyright complaints should include:
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content.
- Proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
